Job Title: Social Worker
Location: Woodbury MN 55125
Shift Timing: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. No weekends
Degree Required: MSW Hospice
Responsibilities:
Experience desirable. HCHB experience helpful but not required. Will travel within the designated territory of Washington Ramsey Dakota and part of Hennepin Counties. Mileage reimbursed at 0.50/mile. Support individuals' families and groups in a variety of settings such as schools' hospitals detention facilities and treatment centers.
